New Child/Junior Member Application Forms (for swimmers on the wait list)

If you haven’t already applied to join the Club please go to the ‘join us‘ page and submit your details so that we can add your information to our wait list.

Please complete the three forms below if you have been asked to prior to attending a trial / intake session.  The THREE completed forms should then be returned electronically to: prior to us confirming a trial date for you.

Please be assured we will hold your data securely and the information is not used until such time as your formally accept our offer to join the club.  We will not set up any direct debit until you accept our offer and full details will be provided to you at that time.

If you no longer wish to apply to join the Club please just let us know so we can remove your details from the wait list.

Masters Documents

If you would like to join the masters section please submit your details on the ‘join us‘ page and we will be in touch regarding attending a taster session with us.

Before being invited along to a taster session you will need to complete and return the three forms below.  Please print these off, complete and then scan or photograph and send by email to  For health & safety reasons, we will not be able to invite you for a taster session until we have the completed paperwork on file.

We will hold the forms securely on file pending your taster session.  If you choose not to join us we will securely dispose of the paperwork.
