To qualify for the Summer Championships all times must have been achieved in a level 1, 2 or 3 licensed competition between 1st June 2022 and the closing date (8pm on Tuesday 4th April 2023).
There will be no automatic qualifying times. The number of swimmers for each event is fixed and the fastest submitted entries will be accepted. Base (consideration) times will be published. No entry will be accepted that has not achieved the base time or better. Please note that achieving the base time does not guarantee acceptance.
Long course or short course times may be submitted. Short course times will be converted using the Swim England conversion tables for the purpose of determining which entries to accept and for seeding.
Despite a significant increase in costs, the region has decided to keep entry fees at the same level as 2022.
