New volunteer positions to help us re-open

In order to be in a position to open we need to have a number of positions filled which without these we will not be able to open or comply with Swim England guidelines or our insurance policy.

The positions we will need to have fully filled are:

The Covid-19 Lead is the key resource and contact for all pool related Covid-19 matters for the club and will be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders and pool providers in relation to the clubs response to Covid-19. We are looking for ONE individual but this role could be split between Teaching groups and the rest of the club.
Covid – 19 Poolside Support
The Covid-19 poolside support is a key resource for the return to swimming and ensuring the agreed Covid – 19 measures are followed at each session. We will need to have one support at every session so need at least one volunteer from each squad/masters/waterpolo/paraswimming/teaching groups who can attend the sessions or multi volunteers who can cover all sessions of that section. These roles could be undertaken by existing, qualified team managers or other individuals looking for a new volunteer role within the Club.
